Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026.

This policy explains how ACE SEND (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with ace-send.com and our message delivery services.

Our roles

ACE SEND determines the purposes of processing data about website visitors and company representatives who contact us. For contact databases clients provide for messaging, the client determines the purposes and legal basis. We process this data to deliver messages on the client’s instructions and do not use it for our own campaigns.

What data we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name and email address or phone number, and optionally your company, channels, message type and enquiry. The request also includes the language, page and section of the site. Technical request data, including the IP address, is processed to operate the site and protect it from spam.

Purposes and legal basis

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, provide agreed services and keep the site secure. The legal basis depends on the purpose: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, legitimate interests in answering requests and protecting the site, or compliance with legal obligations. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us through the Contacts section.

Cookies and analytics

As of this version, third-party web analytics and advertising tracking services are not enabled on the site. If our data collection changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required. Cookie and local data settings are available in your browser.

Who data may be shared with

Data may be shared with technical providers supporting hosting and correspondence and, for message delivery, channel providers and carriers. We share only the data needed for the relevant task. We do not sell personal data or share it for third parties’ marketing. Disclosure may also be required by law.

Processing in other countries

Correspondence and message delivery may involve services and carriers processing data in other countries. Data processing terms for the services are agreed separately with the client. For information about transfers of your data, reach us through the Contacts section. Telegram’s privacy policy also applies when you use that platform.

Retention

We retain data no longer than needed to handle your enquiry and the business discussion that follows. Retention depends on the purpose, duration of the relationship and legal requirements. If you become a client, retention of service data is governed by the relevant agreement.

Data security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. Access is limited to those who need it for their work. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive data in a portable format and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact us through the Contacts section: we may verify your identity and will respond within the legally required period. Requests about a client’s campaign are referred to that client as the party determining the processing.

External sites and policy updates

External sites and platforms apply their own data processing rules. We may update this policy when the site, data processing or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are always published on this page.
