The rate depends on the country, monthly volume, message type and sending channel. There is no single public price list. Send a request with the countries and expected volume — we will prepare a quote.

Using delivery confirmations for each message.
How do marketing SMS differ from SMS with OTP codes?+
Marketing SMS are used for promotion and customer engagement and are sent to a selected segment of the contact database. SMS with OTP contain a one-time code for identity verification or two-factor authentication. These are individual messages with a code that expires shortly.
Can ACE SEND be connected alongside our current SMS provider?+
Yes. You can start with a portion of your traffic: connect ACE SEND through the HTTP API alongside your current provider and compare delivery before switching.
Are an availability SLA and on-call support available for peak days?+
Formal commitments on availability, response times and support during peak periods are agreed individually with enterprise clients.
